Leah McKenzie

Founder & Director

Leah is an experienced people and project leader with a track record of successfully leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across all project phases from small to mega infrastructure projects in Transport, Water, Infrastructure and Energy sectors. Her strong technical skills and capability have been developed from working as a project leader, executive and civil Engineer over 20 years in a wide range of technical, project and managerial roles relating to project and program management of hydropower, transport including rail and water infrastructure.

Some of Leah’s career highlights include leading some of Queensland’s biggest infrastructure projects and holding executive level positions within government including;

  • Project Director for Queensland Hydro’s Borumba Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project, AU$14.2B.
  • Project Director and then Principal for TMR’s Bruce Highway Upgrade – Caloundra Road to Sunshine Motorway (CR2SM), AU$932m.
  • Deputy Regional Director, North Coast with TMR for 7 years, delivering a AU$2.9B transport infrastructure program and operational stewardship activities within the North Coast Region.

Leah’s core strengths are;
